fyiBird watches your favorite hotspots around the clock, and provides email notifications when an unusual bird is reported on eBird.

How it works:

• Select the hotspots you want to watch
• fyiBird checks for eBird updates at your hotspots every 60 minutes
• If an unusual bird is reported (one that hasn't been seen at the hotspot in the last 90 days), fyiBird sends you an email update right away
• You can pause or cancel updates at any time
• You can exclude common species if you don't want to receive notifications for them
